In order to preserve the beauty of Maggie Way for generations to come, we’ve set up a homeowner’s association that takes care of everything from common area maintenance to architectural reviews. The neighborhood has partnered with Community Association Management Services (CAMS).

Accessing HOA Forms and Documents
To view all HOA documents, visit portal.camsmgt.com and login. CAMS will be sending each new homeowner a welcome letter with more information about the HOA.
HOA Quick Facts
Paying annual dues
Your initial prorated dues are collected when you close on your home. Following that initial payment, annual dues will be collected in January of each year. If you wish to have your dues automatically drafted, Kohn-Ell will send out a form to set that up.
High-speed fiber internet
Maggie Way has high-speed fiber internet via AT&T already installed and ready to be connected. You will receive information from the HOA to sign up for this service, or you can reach out to AT&T directly.
Trash and recycling
The HOA has partnered with Anchor Disposal to offer a special discount for Maggie Way residents. While not required, choosing to utilize Anchor Disposal means that all trash cans will be set out on the same day, and you’ll also receive a discounted price. Please contact Anchor Disposal directly to set up this service, and be sure to ask for the special Maggie Way rate. Trash pickup occurs weekly, and recycling is every other week.
- TRASH ONLY: $17 a month / $51 a quarter / $187 a year (Free month)
- TRASH & RECYCLING: $21 a month / $63 a quarter / $231 a year (Free month)
- EXTRA CAN: $10 a month
Architectural Review
Certain property and home updates require approval by the HOA’s Architectural Review Committee. Approval is required for things like fences, house paint color, exterior renovations/updates, driveway modifications, and items in the backyard like pools, sheds, and decks. A full list of items requiring approval is included in the Maggie Way Design Guidelines, which can be found in the Maggie Way Portal on Kohn-Ell’s website.
In order to get approval, please fill out a form detailing your changes and submit it to our Architectural Review Committee. The application is free, but you cannot start your project without approval. The form can be found in your welcome packet or on the Kohn-Ell website.
